I’m a wedding celebrant working on the Gold Coast so I see lots of beautiful places to get married. Broadbeach is one of my very favourite locations for marriage ceremonies.

Broadbeach ticks all the boxes for a great wedding. The beach is wide, the air is fresh and in the afternoons, the beach often isn’t too busy. Clear blue sky, clean white sand and the brilliant blue ocean make Broadbeach great for weddings of all sizes.
Reception Venues for a Broadbeach Wedding
After the ceremony, there are many beautiful spots nearby for photos. Many options are available for your reception, from the ultramodern Kurrawa Surf Club with its unbeatable ocean views to a wide variety of pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes. For a relaxed and fuss-free party afterwards, the parks along the seafront have plenty of picnic tables, electric barbecues, children’s playgrounds and everything else necessary for holding the perfect party.
Before your wedding, you will need to complete an application form, available on the Gold Coast City Council website.
